Interactive Social Calendar
Self-initiated work (In Progress)

Description
This is the very very very first draft of a productivity app that explores the potential for Twitter to be used as an effective social calendar. The app syncs event calendars across social networks and lets the user apply smart filters to preview and customize event calendars and prioritize social obligations amongst a range of interests and information sources–ultimately making it easier to tap into the benefits of online networking in real life.

Model for interaction
Tap once to select and view details. Tap twice to edit. Swipe one finger right to go back one week and swipe one finger left to advance one week. Swipe two fingers down to view the previous month and swipe two fingers up to advance one month.

Screen 1
Grid overview: Users can see past, present, and future invites and notifications from multiple event calendars. Past events are muted/grayed out. Current events are highlighted and expanded. Future events are highlighted, but not expanded. The titles of past and future 'favorited' events are shown and outlined.

Screen 2
List View: Ideal for users who want details on specific events. The user would select an event to be prompted to a detail screen.

Identity

Guerrilla gardening is a popular movement in cities worldwide. People from all walks of life, from hippies
to hipsters, have gotten involved to help beautify their gritty surroundings. We wanted to harness this urban enthusiasm for gardening as a way to raise awareness about Miracle Gro outside of the suburbs. To do this, we created a new line of Miracle Gro products for the guerrilla gardener: Guerrilla Gro.

Digital Campaign

The microsite will act as more than just as point of sale for the new products. It will be an online version of the kind of community guerrilla gardening creates.
