Reimagining e-commerce for Samsara

I led design planning, research, strategy and execution for Samsara’s webstore redesign. Expanded inventory and a pre-IPO shift in sales strategy meant quickly evolving from a scrappy online inventory hub to a mature e-Commerce platform. The final design focused on personalization, simplicity and in-store education to meet the needs of new and existing customers.

Tightly scoped feature design for
the Samsara Driver App

I led design for Samsara's first set of onboarding and in-context help features. This zero to one workstream was an experiment focused on reducing support volume, increasing post-trial retention (across fleet sizes), and increasing CSAT for enterprise customers. The final solution was a design system able to onboard and unblock users across a range of platform use cases.

Full stack design for a zero to
one onboarding experience

I led design for Samsara's first set of onboarding and in-context help features. A new vision for Samsara’s
mobile design system

This flow explores what happens when a customer has two service issues at the same time. The first issue is a lack of service due to an area wide outage. The second technical issue is due to an in-home equipment fault. The customers wifi router has an expired warranty.
